This gas-fired kiln features a high-performance composite fiber lining designed for maximum firing temperatures. The multi-layer insulation structure reduces wall thickness, minimizes heat loss, and improves energy efficiency, ensuring lower operating costs and stable thermal performance.
The kiln roof adopts the same advanced insulation design with 310S heat-resistant steel anchors, providing durability and structural reliability. Its flat roof structure enhances loading efficiency and promotes uniform temperature distribution, reducing thermal gradients inside the kiln.
An outer layer of aerogel insulation further enhances thermal efficiency by effectively blocking heat transfer, significantly outperforming traditional materials. The kiln’s steel shell with powder-coated panels ensures a robust structure, low surface temperature, and a clean, modern appearance, making it ideal for safe and energy-efficient industrial operations.
Combustion system
The kiln adopts a high-efficiency combustion system equipped with high-speed, temperature-regulating gas burners. The strong airflow at low temperatures enhances internal gas circulation, improves convective heat transfer, and ensures excellent temperature uniformity while reducing the risk of product cracking.
Burner nozzles are manufactured from 310S heat-resistant steel for superior oxidation resistance, while burner shells feature high-temperature protective coatings to extend service life. The kiln is configured with multiple combustion channels and evenly distributed burners, ensuring balanced heating and stable thermal performance throughout the chamber.
Each burner is equipped with a flame detection and automatic safety system. In case of flame failure, the system triggers alarms and automatically shuts off the gas supply, supporting both local and remote ignition for safe and efficient operation.
The optimized airflow design creates a swirling heat pattern, promoting uniform temperature distribution. A dedicated high-pressure blower supplies combustion air, with vibration-reduction and noise-control measures ensuring stable and quiet operation.
The gas supply system is designed with advanced safety features, including automatic overpressure protection and venting, effectively preventing risks and ensuring reliable, safe operation in industrial environments.
Smoke exhaust system
The kiln features an optimized smoke exhaust system that efficiently directs flue gas from the kiln car platform through branch flues into the main flue, ensuring smooth and effective exhaust flow.
A thermocouple installed at the exhaust fan inlet continuously monitors flue gas temperature, while an automatic cold air intake system adjusts airflow in real time. This design maintains the exhaust fan within a safe operating temperature range, enhancing system reliability, protecting key components, and ensuring stable, energy-efficient kiln operation.
Kiln door and track line
The kiln door system adopts a hinged structure combined with an external car storage rail line, enabling efficient loading and unloading of kiln cars. This compact design saves floor space while ensuring strong sealing performance and stable thermal efficiency during operation.
The kiln car platform is constructed with a welded steel frame, engineered to withstand high operating temperatures and heavy loads. Its masonry structure is carefully designed with durable materials to ensure long-term stability under continuous industrial use.
A zigzag sealing system is applied between the kiln car masonry and the kiln body, as well as at the kiln door interface, providing deep sealing and significantly reducing heat loss and air leakage.
In addition, the kiln is equipped with a manual trolley system for convenient kiln car handling, transfer, and track movement, improving operational flexibility and production efficiency in industrial kiln processes.
