Product Features

intake

  • The air intake system is designed for precise and stable flow control using D16mm corundum tube float flow meters. Two independently adjustable 200L flow meters regulate the incoming air, allowing accurate control of process conditions and improving overall system efficiency.
  • Air is distributed through a coiled manifold structure, ensuring balanced delivery across the system. The manifold is equipped with 20 evenly spaced T-type inlet ports, providing uniform airflow distribution and enhancing process consistency.
  • This optimized air supply design supports reliable operation, improves thermal uniformity, and ensures stable performance in demanding industrial applications while maintaining efficient airflow management.

Refractory materials

  • The furnace lining is constructed with vacuum-formed high-purity alumina fiber lightweight boards, offering excellent resistance to corrosion, acids, and alkalis. This advanced insulation material ensures long-term durability while maintaining stable thermal performance under high-temperature conditions.
  • The furnace bottom, which experiences frequent material loading and mechanical impact, is built using high-purity hollow spherical alumina plates. These materials are designed for high operating temperatures and provide low thermal mass, enabling faster heating and cooling cycles without structural damage.
  • This structure effectively prevents cracking, slag shedding, and deformation, ensuring reliable operation over extended service periods. In addition, the optimized insulation system significantly reduces heat loss, delivering superior energy efficiency compared to traditional electric furnaces.
  • Overall, the combination of lightweight fiber insulation and high-strength alumina components enhances thermal stability, improves process consistency, and achieves energy savings exceeding 80%, making it ideal for demanding industrial heat treatment applications.

Exhaust gas purification furnace

  • The exhaust gas purification furnace is engineered for efficient industrial emission treatment with a maximum temperature of 1000°C and a stable operating range around 750°C. It delivers a processing capacity of 80 m³/h with up to 95% purification efficiency, ensuring effective removal of harmful gases.
  • Powered by a 380V AC system with 16kW output, the furnace features 304 stainless steel piping for durability and corrosion resistance. A K-type thermocouple provides accurate temperature detection, while the intelligent control system integrates programmable PID auto-tuning and SCR regulation for precise thermal management.
  • The heating system utilizes high-temperature alloy resistance wires capable of reaching 1350°C, combined with a five-sided heating layout to ensure uniform heat distribution. Multiple independent control zones enhance stability and process flexibility.
  • With a heating rate up to 50°C/min and adjustable control accuracy from 1°C/h to 40°C/min, the furnace supports customized temperature curves, including heating, cooling, cycling, and pause functions. This design ensures reliable performance, energy efficiency, and consistent results in industrial exhaust gas treatment applications.
